Yoga Class Description

Tone your upper body and release unwanted tension with this 30-minute online yoga class. Designed to sculpt the shoulders, arms, and upper back, this sequence is the perfect blend of strength building and toning. Have a chance to practice forearm balance (pincha mayurasana). Detail on alignment helps you practice the class safely and effectively. Have a block and strap or dynaband available. (28 mins.)
