Yoga Class Description

Filmed at Gigi's Secret Studio, this twisting sequence will allow you to let go of things that no longer serve you, physically and mentally. Use a blend of Kundalini pranayama, core strengthening, twisting and hip opening to promote digestion and elimination. (29 mins.)

Great Sunday morning practice!

Not my favorite. I felt rushed threw each pose. There is nothing more then I hate then downward facing dog, this is the first Kundalini class where ive had to do it. That kinda killed it for me. Wish there was more choices for kundalini, not much on here

I always seem to find a class by Gigi Yogini when I need to address a specific issue. This class is awesome, great for giving the midsection some love and learning to do it with full awareness.

I did this as a morning practice the day after a hard aerobic workout, this was just right. It also set me up nicely for a morning sitting meditation afterwards. The idea of a secret studio is really fun. Only bummer is the sound quality. Enjoy!
