Yoga Class Description

This online yoga class is the perfect compliment for all runners, from the avid runner to the weekend warrior. Running can create a very tight lower half and it can take a pounding. You will be challenged to not only open the legs, but to also hold the stretches longer, so you can really dig in and get faster results. You will learn to notice imbalances and to be responsible about addressing them before they lead to injury. (28 mins.)

I didn't like it. I felt rushed. She taught to the people in front of her with no thought to the online participants. She didn't talk through the poses. If I didn't know the poses I likely would have hurt myself.

Alexandra R

nice short practical post-run stretch. wish there was a little more focus on IT band area, but it was easy enough to add in one additional stretch on my own in the end

Rachel D

My legs are always more relaxed after this class, thanks!

Suellen B

Great practice. Excellent stretch for very tight lower body. Gwen has a great voice and her laugh is like Rachael Ray's.
