Yoga Class Description

In this online SmartFLOW yoga class with Tiffany Russo, you will start with some reclining pranayama and observe how the breath fills the back body. Warm up by opening the hips and some core work. Opportunities to practice calming forward folding and to build strength with handstand or handstand prep. Finish with some wonderful reclining stretches using a strap. Have a block and strap available. (83 mins.)

Born and bred in Southern California, Tiffany Russo credits yoga for supplying the yin in her life to counter Los Angeles' yang-like energy.
