Thanks Gigi! This really helped me after my move yesterday---after lifting heavy boxes just breathing and focusing on this area with intention was exactly what I needed. I loved the meditation at the end and the flow of the entire practice. I also appreciate how you dealt with the brief interruption from outside with grace.
