The physical asanas of the class matched the description very well. But a special treat was finding the energy clearing / intention setting mudras Cristi incorporated into several of the poses!

I didn't find that this class was well-cued. I like to listen without cranking my neck to watch the video and I was often a bit lost. I'm also not a huge fan of her rising intensity voice. She's a great instructor for those who need to hear intensity cued. I'm just not one of those folks. That said, it's a great short practice.

Gentle for start or end of busy day.

Fell out of yoga for a few months and I'm trying to get back in again!! This short, engaging practice was an awesome reminder of why I started doing yoga in the first place. Feeling better already. Thanks for sharing.

Excellent choice for a 30 minute practice. Covers a lot of bases without feeling rushed. Nice!

Great class when you don't have time for a full practice.
