Yoga Class Description

In this short sequence, appropriate for before your workout or as a stand-alone practice, you'll focus on mountain pose alignment, then challenge your core, glutes, and lower legs in a balance- and lunge-focused progression. Since you never touch your hands to the ground, this makes a great practice in a parking lot, at a trailhead, or in your office. (19 mins.)
