Yoga Class Description

A short, gentle prenatal yoga practice to activate your body while connecting to the light growing within you. This online yoga practice is an opportunity to take care and nurture yourself and your unborn child from an intuitive place of love. Connect to your breath while you open your shoulders, heart, hips and legs. Plus enjoy a deep relaxation and brief meditation. Have two blocks and two blankets available. (31 mins.)

This was a wonderful class. I'm entering my third trimester and this gentle practice was just what I needed today. The instructor was clear with her directions and gave just enough encouragement with her prompts. The flow was very nice and peaceful. The car alarm didn't last very long and I appreciated that she brought wisdom into the practice by reminding us that peace is within. Thank you!
