This flow is perfect to begin your day. I have been trying to find a good morning practice that isn't an hour long, because that feels grueling in the morning, but also has enough elements to feel like I did something good for myself. He is really good at reminding you to breathe which really helps me too. He doesn't go through the poses to quickly either which I like because it helps me focus on holding the pose. Thank you Justin! I'll be looking up more of your videos
