Great class. One thing I wish all the teachers on this site would consider is that many of us cannot sit on our heels. I simply cannot. It would be nice to offer variations. I started this class crossed-legged, so I figured it out. :) I love Gigi's classes. Trying to work up the courage to take the core class.
