This class is like a box of calorie-free, organic, non-GMO chocolates where you get to take one delicious, tiny bite of each flavor. Kathleen packs a ton of nifty arm balances, inversions, and fun poses like hanumanasana and bird of paradise into one quick hour. She starts off with a typical Mysore Ashtanga style 5 Surya As and 5 Surya Bs. It is great for a day you are feeling too rajasic (overly Type A) and want to work off some energy. It moves quickly, so it is good for days you just want to go. Really fun class!! Even the music quality is good on this one! I am grateful to have some nice level 2/3 - 3 classes here.

Strong class, a bit too fast for my taste, but really solid and thoroughly enjoyed.

Amazing class!

This was a GREAT class. Incorporates lots of asanas that I don't see too often in practices. Lots of challenges. Lots of variety. Lots of awesomeness. Music was powerful and motivating as well...and I don't generally practice with music.

Aubrey R

that was great! perfect amount of spirituality and physical activity with options for modifications. definitely not for beginners but good for someone who has a developed practice, starting maybe from an advanced intermediate student? great rate, and well rounded class. love it! will take again

Yolanda S

Great! Will need to practice more because that was hard!

Leigh Ann A
