Detox with this twisting and heart opening level 2 online yoga vinyasa flow class! You'll begin flowing through several Sun Salutations with low lunges, high lunges, and twists. Continue to build heat with Sun Salutation A and a variation on Sun Salutation B (with Warrior 1, Warrior 2, and Reverse Warrior). The sequence will continue to build and each time you will move into deeper variations of revolved extended side angle, and several backbends, such as a locust variation, bow pose, camel pose, wild thing, and finally bridge pose. While focusing on deepening the twist, you will also open your hips in poses such as extended side angle, half moon, and standing splits. To close the practice you'll hold a long pigeon pose with an option to twist, a seated spinal twist, ankle to knee pose, and one final backbend before releasing into Savasana.
