Yoga Class Description

Time to slow down and renew. In this online yoga class we will move to slower rhythms while exploring a series of grounding poses, backbends and heart openers to help us restore, renew and rejuvenate our minds and bodies. This practice will offer modifications for experienced beginners, intermediate and advanced levels of practice. Music playlist provided by Yogi-Tunes. (65 mins.)

Loved this class! I found it difficult, but second time I tried it, I could do more and love the way I feel.

I agree, it's not a "slow" flow. She moves from one move to another quite fast. But overall it's a nice flow.
