In this 75-minute online Vinyasa yoga class, Michelle will lead you through grounding hip openers, creative twists, and heart openers. This class starts with a series of hip openers followed lunges and Sun Salutations that incorporate twists, and ends on the ground with more hip opening and a choice of inversion. You'll end this class feeling clear, clean and restored. (78 mins.)
Michelle Johnson has been practicing yoga since 2000. In May of 2009 she completed a 200 hour Power Yoga Training in Chapel Hill, North Carolina at Franklin Street Yoga Center with Lori Burgwyn. She is currently in a 500 hour yoga training with Stephanie Keach of Asheville Yoga Center. She loves the connection of the mind, body and spirit and brings that into all of her classes. Michelle's goal is to help students connect with their breath and build strength, flexibility and focus. She loves witnessing students connect more deeply with their bodies and their mental, spiritual and emotional selves.
