Feel yourself deeply grounding, your energy calming, and your heart softening as you move through Shala's potent mix of pranayama and flow, accented with deep opening Yin yoga poses. You'll explore kapalabahti (breath of fire) in different asanas throughout the practice, release tension in your jaw through lion's breath, and balance your energies with nadi sodhana (alternate nostril breathing). This centering flow, including backbending, twisting, and hip opening postures, will melt tension accumulated through your day and leave you feeling peaceful, bright, and clear. You may want a block, strap and blanket for this online yoga practice. Music courtesy of Shaman's Dream. (85 mins.)
