Yoga Class Description

Ground your energy and open your body with this strong, forward bending online yoga sequence. When we travel, we an feel disconnected from ourselves and our physical bodies become stagnant from hours of sitting. This sequence is designed to release the hamstrings and lower back, as well as allow you to truly land in your body and at your destination. Check out Sarah's "Three-Legged Dog" Strike a Pose video before watching this class to get the most out of your down-dog splits. Have a block available. (40 mins.)
