Yoga Class Description

This online yoga sequence helps you learn how to experience a deeper sense of peace, comfort, and relaxation by tapping into your parasympathetic nervous system. This practice promotes well-being, overall health, healing, and boosts immunity. With regular practice you'll find it's easier to create "calm" off the mat. Have a block, strap and blanket available. (22 mins.)

I've never practiced yoga but I keep hearing that it's wonderful for stress. When I saw the title of this video I decided to sit and watch it. After only a few minutes, I found myself inhaling and exhaling. This instructor has such a calm and soothing voice. It seemed to just draw me in. I felt as if I wanted to be in that room with her and everyone else. I'm going to look into taking a yoga class or maybe even two. This was a real education for me.
