Yoga Class Description

Open your shoulders and hips in preparation for a slow flow online yoga class full of opportunities to play with and challenge your balance. Poses include handstand, the bound version of half moon balance (chopasana in ardha chandrasana), forearm balance (pincha mayurasana), and standing visvamitrasana (or bird of paradise). Finish with an opportunity to be creative and free and then some lovely restorative poses. Have a block and bolster available. (88 mins.)

Cristi Christensen, Director of Exhale Center for Sacred Movement in Venice, California, adventurer, and free spirit, takes her inspiring yoga teachings and positive vibes to every corner of the earth. Her background as a former elite-level gymnast and platform diver, combined with her degree in Kinesiology, eventually led her to yoga. After suffering an injury, her Olympian path was put to an end.
