Yoga Class Description

This is a 45-minute detox Vinyasa flow class that begins with kapalabhati breathing (breath of fire) to warm the body and begin the process of purification. This online yoga sequence includes a lot of twists to wring you out from the inside out! Have a block and blanket available. (43 mins.)

I really enjoyed this class. I managed to do this class with my children aged 7 and 5 at home and found it to be a good class when you are feeling flat and don't have time for a full practice. I enjoyed the sun salutations and the instructors reminders for breathing. I was able to shut out the noise my children were making whilst they were playing. This class would be good for a morning practice if you are short on time.

A very good 45 minute class when you don't quite have enough time for a full practice. Really appreciate the focus on detoxing, both physically as well as emotionally and psychically. Once again, the teacher and class make themselves ready when the student is ready!

I find some of her descriptions a bit confusing, and her timing (especially at the beginning when she is explaining yoga breaths) a bit jerky... However did get a good workout from it, and felt energized.
