Love this class!

I really enjoyed this class. I managed to do this class with my children aged 7 and 5 at home and found it to be a good class when you are feeling flat and don't have time for a full practice. I enjoyed the sun salutations and the instructors reminders for breathing. I was able to shut out the noise my children were making whilst they were playing. This class would be good for a morning practice if you are short on time.

This class is a great way to start your day! I love Joan's calm demeanor and soothing voice.

A very good 45 minute class when you don't quite have enough time for a full practice. Really appreciate the focus on detoxing, both physically as well as emotionally and psychically. Once again, the teacher and class make themselves ready when the student is ready!

Jacqueline C

I find some of her descriptions a bit confusing, and her timing (especially at the beginning when she is explaining yoga breaths) a bit jerky... However did get a good workout from it, and felt energized.

Kate W

Perfect combo of relaxation and hard work to make your time worth it. You will definitely sweat!

I love all of Joan's classes and this one does not disappoint! A great short class for days that you may not have time for a full practice, yet still want to get nicely warmed up and twisted out.
