Yoga Class Description

Join mind-body psychotherapist and yoga teacher, Ashley Turner, in this online yoga class designed to relieve the symptoms of depression. This common affliction that affects everyone from time to time can lead to low energy and apathy. Increase energy and help stabilize your biochemistry through twisting, backbending, and fiery Sun Salutations to flush stress hormones and activate endorphins. Have two blocks available. (27 mins.)

This is an absolutely amazing class, though I wouldn't list it as a Level I or take it if you're just a beginner. I struggle with chronic depression so I will definitely be doing this video on a regular basis. :)
