This was exactly what I was looking for - a short class with some repetitive movements that help open up the joints without being overly vigorous. I do not find this to be like kundalini at all (as another reviewer suggested); however, there are a few brief sequences repeated about 4-5 times (three legged dog down into a pigeon bak up switch side and repeat), which is where I thin the "hint" of kundalini comes from. I loved this sequence as it really helps get the joints lubricated, and was then followed by a longer pigeon, into which I could more easily "sink" due to having already opened up the joint.

Relaxing, well guided and a great hip opener when you don't have a lot of time.Thank you Gigi!

Gigi Yogini is easily my favorite teacher on yogavibes. She is grounded, creative yet simple, dynamic yet relaxing, leading with heart, modern integration, and a powerful voice. Her classes consistently bring me centering, peace, and clarity. <3 xOm

Allison C

It felt kundalini-based. Not quite what I was looking for, but appreciated the core work.

Julie D

Perfect for when your hips need a little love, but you don't have time for an hour class and a shower. Just what my tight hips needed today.

Amy H

This is perfect for my body and mind.

Rebecca M D

I liked this class a lot. A little tough for, but it's a good challenge , not too far above my abilities but enough to make me work. Her instructions are so clear and she's got a wonderful voice.

Azlina H

Nice and relaxing. Quite the remedy for chatty mind. Mahalo!

Traci V

Excellent short directed effective practice.

Shirley W

Very clear instruction and a nice short practice. I'm glad to find a good practice I can do later in the evening especially since my work schedule requires me to work until later. Some practices energize me too much at the end of the day and I can't sleep. Mot Vinyasa classes do...but this one is great! And a good length for a shortened practice!

Fame R

This class has become my favorite! Love the energy and the instructions.

Naomi S

Very nice energetic sequence. Feels like a good yoga workout in only 35 minutes, clear instructions.
