Only for the videoing. I don't want to stare at the students staring at the teacher that we can't see while she's giving directions. Otherwise, I really liked it. Would have been a four for sure.

Agreed! This is a strong and well cued class. It took a few seconds to decide that Ashley was building firefly and elephant trunk pose. I'm trying to be a more verbal learner than visual...this video was a great practice for that. I'll definitely do this one again!!

Very well instructed and strong class. Filmed impossibly, however. You dont see the teacher only the students. Even when she is showing an asana in detail. It seems all of Ashleys videos are filmed in that way. Seems really silly.Because of this it will only get 3 stars
