The seven chakras are the archetypal moments shared by everybody, the template of the human life. Release the past, come into the present, open your heart and allow stillness and peace to come over the mind so you can practice courage, compassion and humility. In this challenging online Vinyasa yoga class, Gates takes you on a flowing journey through the chakras. You will start by finding your seat and coming home, then lengthening the side body and finding the relationship between your root (feet) and your core. You will then warm up with Sun Salutations before moving into the standing and balancing postures and end with a series of backbends and reclining postures.
