This 60-minute online yoga class will allow you to build heat in your body, breathe deeply, and to explore a continuous flow while working on keeping your balance. We begin with low lunges, standing splits, and then we add eagle into the mix. The flow moves into warrior poses, and goddess pose, and we end with back bends and hip openers. (62 mins.)
Michelle Johnson has been practicing yoga since 2000. In May of 2009 she completed a 200 hour Power Yoga Training in Chapel Hill, North Carolina at Franklin Street Yoga Center with Lori Burgwyn. She is currently in a 500 hour yoga training with Stephanie Keach of Asheville Yoga Center. She loves the connection of the mind, body and spirit and brings that into all of her classes. Michelle's goal is to help students connect with their breath and build strength, flexibility and focus. She loves witnessing students connect more deeply with their bodies and their mental, spiritual and emotional selves.
