Yoga Class Description

In this brief online yoga for athletes sequence, which you might do on your mat or on your bedroom floor before hopping into the shower, you'll work your core and stretch your whole body. Enjoy variations on plank, bow, and some delicious side stretching as you target all the major muscle groups. (20 mins.)

I agree with the other reviewers. Very nice mix with adjustments you can make and no pressure or judgement on them. Calm voice, holds poses long enough and gives great verbal directions. Enjoyed it!
