Yoga Class Description

Time to take off and fly! Whether you are learning to balance on your hands or you are looking for new ways to fly, this online yoga practice is for you! This session will offer different kramas and stages suitable for experienced beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners. Enjoy the mandala flow as you move around your mat and experience your practice from many different directions.
