Wow. This is such an amazing class for a couple of different reasons: there were so many yoga poses in this class that are great but are not often used in classes, the flow was so amazingly creative and fun to work within, and the whole class really tests the limits of a level 2 while providing safe meeting places if you fall out. In addition, I love that the theme of the class falls right along a Hindu holiday, I now want to learn more about it. Thank you!

I really enjoy Kate's classes. The are definitely more advanced; prior knowledge helps because she moves pretty fast and does not explain poses in great detail. I loved this flow, it was a good balance for strengthening the whole body and the mind.
