Yoga Class Description

This is a strong hip opener class with lots of standing poses that open the hips, leading to Eka Pada Galavasana (Flying Pigeon Pose) and ending with lots of twisting and a long double pigeon pose. This online yoga class is deep and will make you sweat and find that deep release that you need! A couple of blocks and blanket are recommended for any seated hip openers where you need additional support. (64 mins.)
