The video above is only a preview. To watch this and other full length classes, sign up for one of our plans.

Yoga Class Description

Energetic set perfect for morning and mid day. This online yoga class is great for your Sadhana (daily practice) to set your navel point. This set focuses on developing the strength of the navel point and getting your abdominal area in shape quickly. The navel point is the focus of many spiritual disciplines. This center of energy is the gravity balance point in the body and this is where thousands of nerves come together. As you practice this set, the nerve endings will be stimulated and the energy will coalesce at this point. A powerful set to align your third chakra energy, the energy center of will and action. You can increase the length of each exercise up to 11 minutes. (17 mins.)

Hello Ifatyowa, The chanting is ONG NAMO, GURU DEV NAMO It is called Adi Mantra, and it precedes Kundalini Yoga practice, tuning one in to the higher self. Ong is "Infinite Creative energy in manifestation and activity". Namo is " I bow to, reverent greetings' implying humility, Guru means "teacher or wisdom that brings one fro the darkness to the light", Dev means "Divine or of God" and Namo reaffirms humility and reverence. In all it means, "I call upon Divine Wisdom within me".

Though I know this was supposed to feel this in my core, I found it used a lot of my upper thigh. I wasn't too fond of the last exercise (swinging) when it got fast either.

Please write the words to the chant. I hear, but not sure I am saying it correctly. The chant alone settles my spirit. Thank you!
