Yoga Class Description

This is a perfect 30 minute online yoga sequence to wind down at the end of your day. Joan Hyman will guide you through a body scan and help you relax deeply. She will lead you into pranayama and simple breath awareness creating a very quiet and calm place within. All levels welcome! You may want to have a bolster, blanket and strap available to take full advantage of the practice. (28 mins.)
