Yoga Class Description

Signs that you're under Pitta influence are feelings of heat, aggravation, sharpness, and intensity. This online yoga practice aims to calm and soothe by using a gentle approach to flow and specific pranayama (breathing technique) to create a cooling for the entire system while still working the body through asana. The emphasis will be on forward folding and twisting for relaxation. (40 mins.)
