An interesting and fun warm up, followed by a very chair pose heavy sequence, ending with seeveral seated hip openers. A unique practice but not one I will likely come back to.

To me this class was more like a Drill Sargent ordering calisthenics. It is a workout..Want my vinyasa yoga to be a moving meditation.

Gwen's classes are my favorite. They're always challenging and make me really work. I think what I like best is her impressive understanding of anatomy. Her classes make me understand my body better and help me find more depth and strength in the postures.
