In this online yoga class for athletes and everyone, we take a Yin approach to working around the hips. In long holds of still poses on the floor, you'll sharpen your focus, develop a meditative awareness, and tune in to the subtle - and not so subtle - movement of energy in your body. Take the time for this quiet practice and finish with a new sense of centeredness and an openness in your hips and spine.
