I liked the long holds. I would not do this one again because the background music is jarring and contradictory to a yin session. At first I thought the bass was the sound of a party at my neighbor's. Then I realized it was coming from the video. The body physiology aligns with the beat you are hearing. It can be ignored to some extent but why choose to expose yourself when there are options without it? Some people might like this music, particularly if they get easily bored, but for me it is a deal breaker.

The class went faster than I expected- would have liked one or two more poses.

Denise f

good class....though I wish that I saw more of the instructor to see how the pose is accomplished

Paulina M

wonderful hip opening routine, love her prompts during the various poses.

Nicole B

Amazing for tight hips! I am loving yin yoga thanks to Jennifer.

Lynn W

Most students will need to have a bolster to comfortably participate. Keep in mind that these are long held poses focused on the hips and not a well-rounded routine. I liked the fact that this teacher understood how effective it can be to do less poses longer and kept the practice focused on the breath.

Pam B

This was more difficult than I expected. My hips feel great though.

I so needed this today!
