This quick online yoga sequence is perfect for the morning or mid afternoon when you need extra focus and clarity. You will practice strong standing poses focusing on slow controlled transitions.  It will challenge your balance and ask you for your full presence and awareness within the space between poses. A deep state of concentration will help you navigate your day with clarity and grace. Take a longer Savasana at the end of class if the time permits. Have two blocks available. (29 mins.)
