In this level 2/3 online yoga class, we'll work on opening the groins, hamstrings and back while strengthening the arms and engaging the core on our journey toward Bhujapidasana (Shoulder-Pressing Pose) and Titibasana (Firefly Pose). We'll finish off the practice with a couple of hip openers and some mild backbends. Filmed live at Yoga Tree Hayes. Have two blocks and one strap available (if you have tighter hamstrings).
