Yoga Class Description

This prop-free online Pilates class is a good starting point if you've taken a break from Pilates or if you are just now returning to an active movement routine. While this class is definitely challenging, it moves at a slower pace than some of the other Pilates classes posted by Alexandra. Expect a full-body Pilates routine, with attention paid to the hips, thighs, arms and back. And of course: lots of great core work! (60 mins.)

Really tough core work

This class made me realize i have lots of work to do to build more core strength! Thought i had it covered with a vinyasa flow class i do 2-3 times a week. I now realize that gives me some strength and lots of flexibility but i definitely need to add a day per week of this in for real core strengthening. Great class! Thanks!
