In this prop-free online mat Pilates class, we'll spend an hour exploring core work in various ways! From traditional Pilates exercises to fun elbow plank sequences, you can expect to be challenged. In addition to deep core work, this class focuses on inner thigh and outer hip leg work. We'll stretch the arms, but we'll do less arm-strengthening in this class.
