Yoga Class Description

Begin this online yoga class with alternate nostril breathing to calm the mind and connect to your breath. Joan Hyman will then guide you into a brief meditation where you can find some sense of stillness in your day. Nadi Shodhana is a focusing pranayam and can be practiced at any level.
