Yoga Class Description

With an unwavering connection to ourselves and to the greater picture we can stay tapped into peace no matter what is happening in our lives. In this online Anusara yoga class, we explore the idea of equanimity as inspired by a podcast from Tara Brach entitled "Cultivating Equanimity." We work towards an "open handed receptivity to life" that can be the gateway to resting in what is, and in doing so dwell in our true nature. We get clear on the inner rotation aspect of inner spiral and work with this alignment que in standing poses, handstand, hip openers and arm balances. (88 mins.)
