Yoga Class Description

"Make the Life Force (Prana) your first meal of the day." This concise, prana wake up and flow practice is just what the Ayurvedic doctor ordered. Energizing flow with the breath, featuring a full spectrum practice of standing poses, core strengthening, backbends, and supine poses easily practiced in less than half an hour. This online yoga class was filmed live at Yoga Tree Hayes. Have a blanket available. (24 mins.)

Overall, I liked the poses; however, my muscles weren't warmed up to begin with doing lunges. They were too soon. I would have prefered this sequence to be after other poses, when my muscles had warmed up. Thank you
