Yoga Class Description

A short, guided meditation class that will help you release relationships or people in your life that have been toxic or unhealthy or even to release things like dreams that you need to let go. Release the ties that have bound us to these relationships that we need to let go of. This class is all about the third chakra. Have a block and bolster available as well as an essential oil, such as Release by Young Living. (13 mins.)
