Using two blocks, which may feel like backing out of the postures at first, you will tap into power, create length, and find the fullness of your being to go deeper in this online yoga class. Learn to engage your postural core and use the power of your arms and legs to create traction in your body and lengthen your spine. Have two blocks and a blanket available.
