Yoga Class Description

This is a well-balanced, satisfying yoga practice, in just 23 minutes! This upbeat class strengthens the abs while opening the heart, side body and groins through Sun Salutations, standing postures, core work and backbends! Though time may be limited, you'll feel fully satisfied and ready to go by the end of the practice. Filmed live at Yoga Tree Hayes with Laura Burkhart. (23 mins.)

Another great class from Laura. I did this after a 2 mile run. I also found it easy to modify for early second trimester of pregnancy (no twists here and only a few vinyasas). It was a lovely complement!
