Yoga Class Description

This online yoga practice will take you into the spine and prepare you for the deep backbend, Laghu Vajrasana. In order to safely get into this backbend, we must allow the spine to strengthen and soften at the same time, focusing on staying out of the low back by bringing the energy up into the middle and upper back. Heart openers are always butt kickers, so get ready to sweat while opening yourself up in new ways! (55 mins.)
