This set of Kundalini Yoga poses will help you stimulate your digestive system by activating, balancing, and directing the energy into the 3rd chakra, stimulating meridian points for organs of digestion, assimilation and elimination, and increasing the downward and elimination energy movement (apana) for a healthy elimination. It is said that if you want to gain control of your digestive system, practice Vatskar Dhouti Kriya (the first exercise in this set) once or twice a day for 40 days, and you will master your digestion!
