Kat Fowler shares her personal post-travel yoga practice in this online yoga class that is perfect for coming off a long flight. The flow is designed to help re-balance the body after long periods in an airplane, replenish the tissues and organs with fresh circulation and help reboot your system when coming into or from another time zone. There will be just enough movement to re-energize the body and kick your jet lag to the curb! You will release your back, open your hips and nourish your body through movement and deep breathing. Filmed live at Yoga Vida. Have 2 yoga blocks and a yoga bolster (or hotel pillows work fine!) available. (62 mins.)
