Yoga Class Description

In this online yoga practice you will experience a well-rounded yoga sequence with the option of practicing forearm balance, headstands, and shoulder stand. Modifications will be offered for those who prefer to keep both feet on the ground instead of going upside down. Variations on postures are given throughout the practice to make the class smooth and approachable for all level 2/3 practitioners. Filmed live at Yoga Tree Hayes with Laura Burkhart. (46 mins.)

Good class and all but there's asymmetry here. She forgets to do radhakrishnasana and revolved trikonasana on the left side of the body so heads up- fill it in on your own at home. We're all human!

Amazing flow! Moves pretty fast but Laura does a great job of leading you through it with your breath. Def want to try again!
