Strengthening of your inner thigh muscles is crucial for a wide variety of poses for stability and graceful transitions. This online yoga class helps you bring awareness to your adductors (inner thigh muscles) through core strengthening, standing balancing, and back bending. The contraction of adductors is followed by deep stretching in hip opening poses. Recommended props include a blanket and block. (54 mins.)
