I've been struggling with headstand for a while now and I was getting so frustrated. I should've just watched this video from the beginning! She pointed out all the things I was doing wrong without even knowing me! I used to always practice against a wall and I never knew to straighten my shoulders away from my ears. I got the headstand down in 3 tries after I watched her tutorial. :) Thank you Ashley!
